“Mr. R” came to Navarro Dental Group with existing rear bridgework, worn front teeth that were discolored and too short- greatly inhibiting the patient’s ability to chew properly, while also ruining the overall appearance of his smile. As the rear bridgework was still functional in some places, Dr. Navarro decided a partial mouth reconstruction that accounted for the existing bridgework would be the the best treatment plan for Mr. R.
Dr. Navarro’s approach to rebuild and restore the health and beauty of this patient’s smile was to sleeve over the existing and functional existing bridgework, while designing four new single units to patch the remaining holes. Using a fading shade technique, Dr. Navarro created brighter centrals that faded into the darker shade of the existing bridgework.
